From our first conversation, our designers will collaborate with you to create a custom landscape plan that blends beauty, function, and personality. UNDERSTANDING THE LANDSCAPING PROCESS
While our methods remain the same for each project, we understand that each of our clients’ plans and spaces is unique! Our team’s attention to detail and love for what we do create a seamless and enjoyable design experience. Below is a general process overview.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We invite you to share your landscape vision, lifestyle, and how you intend to use the outdoor space during our initial meeting. This time also allows us to get to know you and answer your project questions, big and small. After this consultation, we will send you an estimate based on the scope of work discussed. Once approved, we create a comprehensive design agreement. After finalizing the contract, your project moves into the development and planning phase.

DESIGN CREATION | CONCEPT REVEAL
The design reveal is an exciting meeting where we take our conversation to the next level! This appointment includes renderings (based on project type), samples of suggested materials, and estimated project costs. Our team works with you to refine details based on your concept and solidify our final design document. (Note: design fees are project-based.)

ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
Depending on the project’s complexity, structural engineering may be needed for construction, required by your city, or other details and specifications may be required. Our crew handles the creation and management of these documents for you – no need to stress!

SELECTIONS
While each project selection process differs based on its size and scope, our team will still be with you every step of the way. You can count on us to provide thoughtful, practical, and industry-informed product recommendations.

SHAPING THE DIRT
During this design phase, it’s time to bring your project to life! We love this stage of the process because our team finally gets to dig up some dirt and get our hands dirty. Your designer will pass the torch from planning and preparation to project execution!
